Fine-dining restaurants add calorie counts, lighter fare to the menu

More of New York City's fine-dining restaurants are voluntarily posting the calorie counts of their dishes on the menu and adding new, lower-calorie options. While some guests are clamoring for lighter fare like the 1,000-calorie tasting menu at Rouge Tomate, other guests express dismay about having to read the high counts in their favorite gourmet dishes.
