Summer drinks can lose calories and keep the flavor

Nutritionists say refreshing summer drinks do not have to be high in calories. Suggestions include infused water, home-brewed iced tea, watermelon lemonade and spritzers made with juice and club soda or sparkling water. Also on the lighter side are 8-ounce glasses of Coca-Cola, Sprite or Lipton Extra Sweet Tea, at 100 calories.
