New center will offer researchers for Portland, Ore.-area districts

Six school districts in Oregon, including Portland Public Schools, will be able to call on doctoral students from the University of Portland to assist with research and data collection. The program is funded by a $1.5 million grant over the next six years by the Portland-based testing company Northwest Evaluation Association.
