Concussion education program is mandated in Conn. schools

Connecticut school districts must educate students and parents about the risk of concussions before students can take part in athletics, under a new state law. The Connecticut State Board of Education is working with the Public Health Department to develop the training, which will be required in the 2015-16 school year.
