Tropical flavors scooped up for growing ice cream business

A Florida woman is building an ice cream business using such home-grown tropical fruits as mango, guava, lychee, canistel, guanabana and black sapote. The company, called Gaby's Farm and started by psychologist Gabrielle Berryer, is gearing up for commercial production to sell such flavors as Luscious Lychee, Me Gusta Guava and Jumping Jackfruit.
