After logging nearly 150 flights this year as senior adviser to Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., Philippe Reines offers a few sarcastic revenue-generating suggestions for American Airlines CEO Gerard Arpey. Among other things, Reines suggests charging coach travelers $1.99 for the option of boarding the plane from the middle or back doors, so they don't have to walk by "people sipping Mimosas" in first class.
