Duncan urges greater use of cell phones in classrooms

U.S. schools should do more to incorporate cell phones into classroom learning, says Education Secretary Arne Duncan. Persuading faculty of the benefits of technology is likely to be the biggest issue in implementing such efforts, says Brandon Campbell of Ball State University, where 800 nursing students access textbooks on a required AT&T mobile device.
