HHS offering $40M to enroll more children in insurance programs

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced the government will make $40 million in grants available to state and local governments and community groups to enroll more eligible children in health insurance programs. Funding -- which will total $100 million in grants over four years -- comes from the Children's Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act.
