Obama adviser: U.S. economy may need second shot of stimulus

The economic stimulus package was a significant investment in long-term growth, but a second stimulus package emphasizing infrastructure may be needed to revive the economy, according to Laura Tyson, a member of President Barack Obama's Economic Advisory Panel. Meanwhile, some experts say the current stimulus package is helping the economy recover by creating jobs. They also note, however, that job losses have been larger than the White House envisioned when it crafted the stimulus package.
