Two foreign airlines consider selling stand-up seats

China's Spring Airlines and Ireland's Ryanair are both seeking regulatory approval to be allowed to sell stand-up seats. China Vice Premier Zhang Dejiang has reportedly suggested the idea, indicating that the idea may be approved, at least in China. Travelers in the U.S., however, aren't expected to be given the option any time soon.
