French hotels find creative ways to go green

Hotels in France increasingly are going beyond the standard switching to energy-efficient light bulbs to make more of an eco-friendly difference. The fashionable Fouquet's Barriere hotel offers guests the use of a hybrid car or electronic scooter, for instance. And at the Bristol hotel, leftovers from restaurants and kitchens are put through an industrial-sized processor that extracts water that is then used to clean the floors.
