Global immigration policies change as unemployment grows

Rising immigration rates in countries around the world over the past several years have led to increased unemployment, according to a study by the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. This has caused some countries -- including the U.S. -- to implement tighter immigration policies and restrict access to the labor force for some foreign workers.
