Programs aim to improve beer education for restaurant staff

Beer enthusiasts in Chicago and Toronto have created two certification programs designed to educate servers on issues such as the proper serving temperature and which brew goes best with a restaurant's signature dish. The goal is to develop the beer world's equivalent to the sommelier.
