E-prescribing rate increases in New Jersey

A report from Surescripts found that 15% of primary care physicians in New Jersey filed electronic prescriptions in 2009, compared with 7% in 2007. The Medical Society of New Jersey is calling for more health care professionals to use e-prescribing.
