Are midtier banks ready for stress test?

Banks with assets worth $10 billion to $50 billion will face a Federal Reserve stress test on capital adequacy this year, but they might not be as prepared as large banks because they're not accustomed to factoring in larger economic issues, experts say. Still, midtier banks are usually better capitalized and not considered systemically important, so passing the test might not be difficult, they say.
