Bowling alleys in Florida improve food and dining options

Bowling alleys in Florida are now offering better food and dining options including chef-inspired menus, VIP lounges, signature cocktails and sushi bars. "We've seen a resurgence of bowling as a recreational sport and I think a lot of that has to do with our members meeting guest expectations and that includes better food and drink options," said Steve Johnson, the Bowling Proprietors' Association of America's executive director.
