New sweetener system coming for dairy products

Makers of yogurt and flavored milks will get a new sweetener they can try soon when the Celanese Food Ingredients Business debuts its Qorus sweetener system. The sweetener, set to launch at the IFT Expo in Chicago, uses acesulfame potassium and sucralose to create "authentic taste" without added calories, said Holly Seese, Celanese global marketing communications manager.
