Fareed Zakaria examines the role of the U.S. Export-Import Bank in global trade, and said the bank's $15 billion in export financing for 2013 pales in comparison to the rest of the world. For example, China guaranteed $111 billion in loan guarantees and other incentives for the country's companies in 2013. "Now this creates a very uneven playing field, one in which it's tough for many U.S. companies to compete," he said.
