What can RFID do?

Radio Frequency Identification tags are about the size of a stamp and combine tiny chips with an antenna. The technology could cut costs and streamline logistics for small and big companies, including Wal-Mart Stores, according to a Business Week commentary. Wal-Mart has announced plans to require its top 100 suppliers to use RFID by January 2005.
