Hearings on Washington, D.C., plane intrusion to start today

Hearings are scheduled today to look into what happened the day the plane carrying Kentucky Gov. Ernie Fletcher to Ronald Reagan's funeral wasn't identified when it flew into restricted airspace. Questions have been raised about interagency communications and whether the current no-fly zone over Washington, D.C., is wide enough to protect the capital.
