Viacom won't name names in YouTube case

Viacom, which is suing Google's YouTube for copyright infringement, said it will not publicize user names and/or IP addresses even though a judge last week said the company is entitled to that information. In a statement, Viacom said any personal information it receives from Google will be used "in a highly confidential manner."
