Athlete helps children with visual disabilities exercise, gain confidence

Children with visual disabilities are learning how to exercise independently with the help of a weightlifting champion who cannot see. "They need to believe in themselves," said bench press and powerlifting champion Cody Colchado Jr., who is studying for a doctorate in adapted physical education. "They need to not only be good at something, but be great at it."
