FCC bureau rules cablers did not discriminate against WealthTV

Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications and Bright House did not discriminate against WealthTV in denying the channel carriage on their systems, the FCC's Enforcement Bureau has ruled. WealthTV claimed that the cable providers denied it carriage in favor of now-defunct Mojo, a service in which they had a financial interest.
