HDTVs, GPS devices, LCD screens lead CEA ownership study

High-definition TVs, GPS devices and LCD flat-panel TVs have experienced the largest percentage growth in ownership in the past year among U.S. residents, according to the CEA's 11th Annual Household CE Ownership and Market Potential study. The report goes on to say that HDTVs now are in 52% of U.S. homes, portable/handheld GPS devices are in 30% and LCD flat-panel TVs currently are in 36%.
