Motorists who inspected their vehicles as part of their maintenance routine for the spring may have missed several precautionary measures that could avert road accidents and deaths. Among the safety concerns that vehicle owners must check include missing air bags, damaged headlight lenses, rusted brake lines and other problems that could affect driving performance, experts say.
