Obama might end Soviet-era trade hurdle with Russia

A U.S. law left over from the Cold War restricting trade with Russia might be scrapped after U.S. President Barack Obama's trip to Moscow. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said the Obama administration is ready to give high priority to repealing the Jackson-Vanik amendment, created in the 1970s.
