"Pick Chow" lets children assemble healthy meals online

ZisBoomBah.com's online tool called "Pick Chow" is one of 11 nutritional programs competing for the $10,000 grand prize in first lady Michelle Obama's apps competition as part of a campaign against childhood obesity. The site allows children to make up healthy meals by dragging and dropping items onto a virtual plate that is then analyzed for its nutritional value. Users can also share recipes, menus and shopping lists.
