San Francisco's Golden Gate Bridge raised the speed limit, eliminated bottlenecks and will cut $16 million in spending over the next eight years with automated toll technology. Restaurant chains can make similar positive changes with mobile ordering and payment systems, writes OLO's Noah Glass. "With order taking and payment automated, restaurants can re-deploy their human capital to where it really counts -- preparing and presenting the food."
