Delaying the ACA's employer mandate might not help some businesses

Some companies including Fatburger and Buffalo's Cafe were already implementing job-sharing partnerships and cutting workers' hours in anticipation of the Affordable Care Act, so the decision to delay the implementation of the employer mandate could cause them to lose money between now and the new 2015 deadline. "All it's doing is causing confusion, anxiety and the workers are paying the price. Now, the mandate's a moving target. It's very, very challenging," Fatburger and Buffalo's Cafe CEO Andy Wiederhorn said.
