Dempsey: Snowden leaks have "set back" U.S.-foreign relations

Former government contractor Edward Snowden's revelations of the U.S. domestic and foreign surveillance programs have hurt relations with other countries, says The Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Martin Dempsey, and he says that trade deals with nations which may offer Snowden asylum should be scrutinized. The U.S. will "work our way back," Dempsey says. "But it has set us back temporarily."
