Many advisors balk at government-mandated retirement saving

Some finance-industry leaders have called for the government to require retirement savings as a way to prevent a crisis in Americans' retirement security. However, some advisors say a better solution would be more tax incentives for savings, and they note that college and health care costs can prevent people from saving as they should.
