Ohio nursing schools offer perks to attract new faculty

Nursing schools in Ohio are finding creative ways to hire faculty, and in the case of Cuyahoga Community College, to find enough nursing faculty with master's degrees to maintain accreditation. Tri-C has made outreach efforts to nurses and hospitals, and other schools are giving instructors a set amount of time to earn master's degrees or creating programs in which nurses only teach and do not have to do research.
