Space walks set for science, maintenance

Italian Luca Parmitano of the European Space Agency and U.S. astronaut Chris Cassidy are set for space walks July 9 and 16, readying the International Space Station for its new Russian lab, retrieving experiments and conducting maintenance. "I know both of them are excited and ready to go," said David Korth, NASA's U.S. spacewalk flight director.
