Stay hands-on after marketing automation switch

After switching to a marketing automation system, companies need to remain engaged with their marketing operations through training and system interactions, Justin Gray writes. Many tools are used by employees outside of a marketing team, so function-specific training should be given to all parties that work with or monitor the success of the system.
