Marketer are designing campaigns specifically for tablets, taking advantage of the larger screen and their typical use at home in the evening. "Tablets are as easy to turn on as opening a book and they offer Web access in an easy to use, intuitive format. No wonder they are used so much at home, in the evening, and in bed. It's called couch commerce for a reason," said Wilson Kerr, vice president of business development and sales at Unbound Commerce.
