Nearly 67% of employers say they will interview candidates remotely by video, according to a 2012 survey from the staffing service Office Team. Job candidates should be prepared by investing in a program like Skype and a good Web camera. Job experts say that just like with an in-person interview, candidates should be prepared, make eye contact and dress up. "Dressing the part from head to toe, even though the interviewer will only see the top half of you, will help you get there," said New York-based career coach Karen Elizaga.
