Wylie Dufresne changes menus but not style

Chef Wylie Dufresne may have retired many of his original, out-of-the-box creations from his first restaurant, WD-50, but his new tasting menus at his second storefront, Alder, still boast the same artistic flair for which Dufresne is known. At Alder, patrons enjoy American food with a twist, such as pigs in a blanket made with gourmet Chinese sausage wrapped in flattened bread.
