Biz travelers affected most by hotel reviews, study finds

A study has found that business travelers' booking preferences are most affected by the sentiment of the property's reviews, surpassing its brand, ratings and price. The study also found that business travelers have an average of 2.38 loyalty memberships and that 45% are members of a loyalty program such as an online travel agency or Preferred Hotels.
