The best way to keep clients from going over to suppliers or a rival agent is to stay in touch with them constantly, writes David Holman, a partner at Bridges & Holman Worldwide Travel. To gain clients' loyalty, Holman suggests staying on top of upcoming itineraries, and instigating follow-up communications at various intervals after the trip.
