Sage Hospitality buys Minneapolis Marriott hotel

The 321-room Marriott Minneapolis Southwest has been sold to Sage Hospitality. The 16-story property is slated for renovation, with Sage looking to spend about $10 million on upgrades to rooms, lobbies, function spaces and public restrooms.
