Startup tech companies lead Net-neutrality push

Smaller technology companies are becoming increasingly vocal regarding Net neutrality, an issue that in the past has seen stronger advocacy by larger players such as Google. In May, the Federal Communications Commission granted initial approval to a proposal giving Internet service providers the ability to charge companies a higher amount for faster online delivery.
