Chicago launches "early college high school"

Chicago Public Schools system will spend $2 million to provide 125 juniors in its new Advantage Academy program free tuition at DeVry University toward an associate's degree in network system's administration. Advocates hope the "early college high school" will motivate more disadvantaged students to pursue higher education.
