Better-educated adults see drop in cancer death rates

U.S. researchers say death rates for colorectal, lung, breast and prostate cancer generally have dropped since the early 1990s for people who have a college degree. The study found colon cancer in black men actually increased among those who didn't finish high school, while death rates for the other types of cancer were stable in the less-educated group.
