Leukemia charity to begin cord blood program

British leukemia charity The Anthony Nolan Trust is promoting umbilical-cord blood donation through its new Cord Blood Bank program. "Our Cord Blood Bank will build on our core skills, making new therapies available for patients and providing extra support to clinicians and researchers working in the field of stem cell use, including transplantation," the group's CEO said.
