EEOC opens dialogue on age bias

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will hold a public discussion on age discrimination next week amid reports that older workers face dismissal more often in the tough economy. Age-related suits soared in the past decade from 15,191 in 1998 to 24,582 in 2008.
