High-end New York restaurants add pop to recipes with cereal

Cornflakes, oatmeal and other cereals are making their way into the kitchens of some of New York's finest restaurants. A foie gras appetizer served in the Plaza Hotel's bar, for example, is rolled in Rice Krispies before it is fried.
