Quickservice chains offer fancier drinks

Food chains are hoping their specialty beverages, from fruit smoothies to dessert drinks, appeal to younger customers and can serve as snacks between meals. Cinnabon, for example, is testing a new store design with a "Cinnabar" section. Among the offerings: coffee, lemonade and frozen drinks with fruit, coffee and chocolate flavors.
