Senate committee putting climate bill markup on hold

The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee is delaying a scheduled markup of climate-change legislation until September, despite the Obama administration's request that the bill be passed this year. An unidentified White House spokesman said the bill is still on track, and Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., who chairs the committee, said she's "not a bit" concerned that the Senate will vote on the bill this year.
