Bow office tower will be tallest in western Canada

The Bow office tower officially became the tallest building in Calgary, Alberta, when a three-story steel girder was placed vertically on the building on Thursday. The building will be Canada's tallest outside Toronto when it is topped off in September. When finished in 2012, the tower will have 58 stories and stand 715 feet tall with nearly 2 million square feet of retail and office space.
