Caisse, OMERS separate six jointly owned retail assets

Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate arm of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, and Oxford Properties Group are divvying up their jointly owned retail centers across Canada as the two pension funds separate their operations. OMERS will own the retail centers in Newmarket, Ontario, and Calgary. Ivanhoé is taking ownership of three malls in Quebec City, Newmarket, Oshawa and Vancouver. They have not yet decided what to do with the sixth retail center in Brantford.
